Easy installation as only one small four pin moulded connector (7mm diameter) four meters in length is required to pass through the firewall.
All exposed connections are all within the vehicle (video, power, mirror image and guidelines options) not in the extreme environment of the engine bay or under the rear of the vehicle.
Changing image from forward or reverse facing or adding guidelines is just a matter of cutting small, looped wires that are also located within the vehicle.

ElectricalMU-X (Second Generation) Headlight Patch Harness
Second generation MU-X headlight patch harness (08/2021 – 02/2025) not suitable for the MY25 facelift MU-X models.
No cutting of the factory wiring is required, simply unplug the existing factory connector and fit the patch harness.
Then connect the output connector to your existing wiring harness (a range of connectors to suit popular lighting brands are available).
Included is the matting connector, as different manufactures have variations of the T connector that is commonly used within the driving light and LED bar wiring harness. Simply remove the terminals from the existing wiring harness T connector then fit the T connector supplied (this will ensure a perfect fit).
